Manage their investments online through a secure dashboard.
Partner with other real estate investors.

Each deal will have unique deal-level fees like an acquisition fee (usually 1% to 2%) and an asset management fee (usully 2%), which are standard in the industry.

As the General Partners or Sponsors on each investment, we are tasked with identifying and acquiring investment opportunities, then managing the business plan required to achieve the forecasted returns. The work we do in this regard is covered by the acquisition fee and asset management fee on each investment.

Our main focus is in multi-family properties, but given our founder’s experience in different asset types, we also evaluate opportunities in office, retail, and mobile home parks. Our investors can invest in any offering we have available.

An offering is an investment opportunity that is open for subscription by our investors. Once an offering is fully subscribed and enough funds are raised, that offering is closed.

A security is a share of ownership in a company, similar to a stock. It is also what you own when investing with Troop - a percentage interest of the company that owns the property.
